Until I just see one toroidal pattern that is the core of all expressions.
It's not a choice... I have to think about it all before I go to sleep.
So it starts out with all the events of the day, and ends having zoomed out on the macro until it's all one pattern, which I then realize is the core of the micro as well.
And then I can fall asleep.
