I was gonna say it should come in bottles kinda like this too...

But the bottle would be shaped like a flower, and the fairy would be climbing down the stock, upside down.
You'd rip the cap off, which would be the top of the flower, and the fairy would have her legs wrapped around the top of the stock...
So when you turn it up to drink it, it'll look like you're sucking the pee right out of the fairy's bottom.
