The experience of randomly going over to Bing and using the image search (something I never do) has made me realize that Google is (and has been) doing things in such a warped way, for so long, that sites like Bing are more like the original idea of Google. They're more like the original internet. More like the old days. The better days. Before Google was a political, elitist, sick and hateful corporate monopoly.
It's like there are two sides. Google, the borg... and Bing, the unassimilated.
