I seem to notice on all these family photos, they're all smiling and look genuinely happy in the midst of total heartbreak and sorrow.
They seem like great people. They really do. So I just don't get it... why all the hard times lately?? The hell is going on??

She does seem to be doing SO much better with the cancer and brain trauma though. It just breaks my heart when people are in pain. I never could stand witnessing someone who is hurting.
