There are only a few circumstances under which they would actually allow Harry to marry that girl...
And none of them are good.
1. The rumors are true and Harry is not Charles' son.
2. He's pulling a Edward VIII style abdication, for reasons completely unrelated to love and romance.
3. They let him marry her and that means he's automatically out from the running, forever, and so are his kids... and this would only be the case if #1 were true.
