I do cut up all my t-shirts and tie them at the sides and make them into mini dresses.
But I wear them with black leggings.
I used to wear neon fishnets over the leggings, I used to wear fishnet fingerless gloves.
With neon jean jackets I dyed myself, sewed patches all over, put cool pin buttons on 'em...
I don't wear the fishnets anymore. Or the jean jackets. I took a break from that. Otherwise everything's still the same.
It's very easy to dance around in. Very easy to move all crazy, unrestricted kicking and all kinda moves with the legs.
I can't really stand restrictive clothes and to me... jeans etc. are totally restrictive.
