deodorants, soaps, shampoos... all disrupt our natural systems. we don't even need them. if you're eating properly, you don't produce body odor. if your chemistry is in order, you don't sustain smelly bacteria. if you're gettin proper fiber and water intake, you don't even leave residue when you poo.
all these external things are to hide the symptoms of an internal issue. that's why they say to use them everyday, cus they don't rectify the internal issue and provides profit to the corps.
shout outs to my buddy 15 years ago who, mostly in jest, discussed finding a diet that made it so he didn't have to wipe after he pooped. he was ahead of the times.
