The fiber part is mostly eating green leafy stuff. I eat salads made with some stuff labeled as "organic spring mix." It's made with spinach, red kale, and a lot of other greens I can't remember. It's basically foliage in a box.
The main point is to eat things from the shelves around the outer walls of the store and avoid the aisles as much as possible. Unless it's WalMart, of course. Don't eat automotive and sporting goods.
