My dad never did that, silly. Strangely enough, he was pretty laissez-faire about my daily schedule.
You're going through some pretty impressive mental gymnastics to convince yourself that:
(a) I'm the sorriest son of a bitch who ever lived, and
(b) My joke this morning was something other than a harmless joke, and was due to me being the sorriest son of a bitch who ever lived, because

I can't say I find any of that remarkable either.
