I came to this realization after watching this video of a cat giving birth lastnight:
99% of cat births have no complications...

If humans were engineered, somebody did a shitty job in this aspect...
And why? How would beings advanced enough to 'create' the human have such an oversight on such a huge issue as reproduction? They would be too smart for that.
They either knew and didn't care, and this was the best they could do to fuse the two species...
