It's someone claiming to be Cindy's (recently deceased) brother's wife saying that Cindy has 'disappeared' and her parents are worried/asking if anyone has any info...
Really getting freaked out at this point.
As the post says, apparently Cindy's other brother has applied to be a member of that forum so he can post.
I am not getting the 'this shit is totally made up and I'm just some random troll' vibe out of that post.
