Although the last two lines in it are written by an SJW - total bullshit. Of course it´s economically related and not ecological like that stupid fucking SJW implies. They started investing in other shit to make more money and didn´t take care of their agricultural system. The writer is trying to make it sound like natural disasters ruined their agriculture like gtfo outa here.
