I think it's time that we as Americans form an alliance with Russia and begin a program to mate only the most intelligent Americans with only the most intelligent Russians.
Mating based upon intelligence will be the first tier, the top level of importance.
Secondarily, there should be a mating program for only the most attractive Americans to mate with only the most attractive Russians.
Thirdly, there should be mating between Americans and Russians who are not of the highest levels of physical attractiveness, but who possess the most pure genetics.
Let it be so.
