After a few hundred years, once Atlantean technology has been used to bore underground tunnels to every other country in the world (Africa and China) and secretly set up bases beneath them...
The children of Mother Russia and Father America will begin to surface with high tech weaponry and order the Chinese and Africans to behave. If they don’t come into compliance, Daughter Antarctica will have to rip open the fabric of space time and export the Africans and Chinese to an alternate and far removed dimension where the planet is dominated only by Africa and China and no other countries exist.
With Africa and China out of the way, what was once Australia can be renamed Son Antarctica and China can be the new old Antarctica which will be put on ice until the sons and daughters of Russia America need more land.
