I can eat 6 pieces of whole grain bread, 2 with peanut butter, 2 with Jam, 2 with an egg each. This makes me fart less. I was using this Canola spread but now can't get it its got palm oil in it now. But most days I can't even think about breakfast I just don't wake up hungry anymore. Its like ive gone back to the caveman seek out one big meal a day thing again.
