Google are a bunch of idiots, seriously, stop changing the banner all the time.
Nobody cares about famous peoples' birthdays, nobody cares about the holidays...
Just keep the regular banner on all the time. Makes them look like a bunch of vapid social justice warriors when they 'celebrate' the birthday of some unknown inventor or artist just to virtue signal.
