you only perceive that there is no consequences to their criminal actions due to lack of legal intervention.
those people do not lead happy lives. they are constantly filled with fear. the few who no longer fear anything have lost something much more important, assuming they ever had it, their soul. they chase one rush to the next, much like a hard drug addict.
most of the ones at the top don't even have proper souls. that's the real game being played. your soul knows itself. if you follow the `elites` example of how to conduct one's affairs, ye shan't know it.
