I remember back around 1999 or 2000, I went to this church where they held some kind of event like this. It was like a bombing drill or something. They did this same kinda thing, they dressed up with the fake blood, and there was even ambulance and police cars outside. I was pretty damn young so I can't say I remember it too well.
This school thing is whole new level of 100% fucked up though, even compared to that... which at the time I thought was so unbelievably weird and warped, it was totally anomalous and happened just that one time and I've never heard of it anywhere again except for this school drill shit.
They pay people to come in and conduct these drills... follow the money. Always.
