they don't have randoms get fully gussied up. they use children of the adults that organize these things, like a family business. some of them have been caught appearing at multiple events.
parkland, for instance, happened in debbie wasserman-schultz's district. the sheriff there was israel, who had over 66 deputies and other employees, including supervisory personnel who were arrested for, charged with, and/or convicted of crimes that run the gamut from Armed Kidnapping, to Battery, Assault, Falsifying records, Official Misconduct, Narcotics trafficking, and other crimes involving dishonesty and violence. at least 2 of the vocal students involved have said their father worked for the FBI. the personnel and connections are highly suspect in my view.
the kids get promised spotlight and careers, like hogg. baldy even gets to do another one as she can just throw on a wig or grow out her hair and not be recognized.
