18:54 I'm sorry but there's absolutely nothing that can be done to 'fix' relationships when the sex has become boring, or partners are bored with each other. Any 'fix' applied just wears off and it's back to the same problem again... the dissatisfaction just comes back quicker with every successive 'fix'.
