Chopped Garlic and minced Garlic are totally different how they work on your immune system. One good way to eat chopped Garlic without burning your mouth off is to get large lettuce leaves, and put grated cheese and the chopped garlic in the leaf then wrap it up, the cheese and lettuce kind of stop the burning and it actually tastes ok.
