not in pre-geriatric versions of the publicly known humanoid types currently present.
there was once a race here with naturally white hair... and actually white skin. not this peachy/pinko/damn near translucent type we have, but pure alabaster skin. think the twins in the matrix... but without the dreadlocks. and taller. and differently shaped skulls.
