No but they are fruit bats Vegans, not Vampire bats. They Eat fruit. Which is why this makes no sense. It was killing this dumb female possum she is a bit dumb tries to climb my roof by climbing all the way around the house. But the Male was screeching off his brain for someone to help her, this bat was going to kill her. But he has no reason to. I think this bat may have got the aussie version of Rabies. And yes there has been versions of rabies identified in Australia in Bats. This Bat has stayed to long its because of the warm weather. He is usually gone by now but still here trying to kill another Vegan?
