The driver apparently 'pulled his cell phone' on police...
Holding it all the way out at arm's length.
So weird, was he recording?? If so, why?
He was also saying he had a gun in his pocket...

Some people even said he was pleading with the police to kill him.
If he was recording on his phone, is it possible he was livestreaming the attack??
And why would he do that? To prove to his handlers that he pulled off the job?
