Everything you say can and will be used against you. The more you tell them about you the more they know how to manipulate you. Get off social media close your bank accounts start using cash. Don't take your phone with you anywhere. Get a new phone number every year. Wipe your phone every couple months to factory reset. Get rid of your patterns.
