Acrylic doesn't yellow over time, that's important to me...

It's non-toxic which is also important because I absorb it into my skin and rub it on myself (inevitably) while I'm painting. I drop it on things so it's important it doesn't really stain if it's dealt with pretty fast.

I work fast when I paint, it's not fine detail oriented.

I only paint abstractions.
