there's a european company that developed a scalar device that transmutes ordinary water into a form of oil. it pays for itself in under a year. oil is abiotic, there's plenty of it and we can produce even more.

it's interesting to me how brasilia was the test bed NWO beta project. a race mixing socialist paradise... crumbling as all are destined to do.

Do you have any pics of such device? I don't see how you could ever get oil out of water it lacks the electrons.
