And then fighting keeps you in longer. Its a prison for profit thing private companies have an agenda to keep you in longer cos they make more money.
This is what ive seen with American prisons but its starting to happen here. Although the focus here is on rehabilitation the private prisons for profit tards are fucking it up.
it goes even deeper than that, too. there was collusion in the 80s between music industry execs and owners of the privately owned prison industrial complex. they purposefully celebrated and hyped the gangsta culture in order to push at-risk urban youths [lel at that term] into a life of crime, lining the coffers of both the music and prison execs.
to this day, it works pretty damn well. not the rehabilitation part. does it really surprise anyone that throwing a young person into a cage with a bunch of hardened criminals turns them into hardened criminals?
