I've experienced the exact same thing, Kitty...

It seems to be the effect of heat in a relaxed environment.

I've most profoundly experienced this effect in a stream room... extreme sexual arousal.

Yes! That makes me kind of horny too. I think I like the sauna more than the steam room, I like the smell of it and being naked and sweaty. 

But I am terribly afraid of these rooms and being locked into one accidentally or on purpose. People have died that way!
