We could design an adult swing set type deal with things anyone could enjoy...
Like one of those simple rope swings that just have a round thingy as a seat.
Anybody could hang out on that and have fun just swaying around.
The first step is to buy a swing set like the one in the OP link.
Secondly, we'd have to popularize adults playing on it.
So for example, I would record and upload vids of myself playing on it.

You are right, it's not too late for the general stuff--I do enjoy using the swings at the park and notice a lot of other parents sit and swing in the swings too when their kids aren't using them.
I also notice a lot of adults (including me) go down the slides. They use their kids as an excuse but I think the adults clearly enjoy it too!
But the monkey bars, man, it makes me so sad, I could do some crazy ass gymnast moves on them back in the day.
All in all, we have to market it to adults as the latest fitness fun craze and make infomercials like Suzanne Sommers did with her Buttmaster. And yes, you should star in the videos!
