this is so damn hilarious! he's obviously lying his ass off, and he's obviously hepped up on some variety of goofballs. he dodges and slithers yet remains so transparent. the first clip of him freezing up very much reminds me of that old MKULTRA bill clinton video - the tone and volume of his voice is almost dead on.
