AA is for quitters is what he says. Sucks cause his mom drank too so he knows how negatively that affected him.
Agh God that is so heinously embarrassing.

Ah yeah, people always go to therapists expecting it to be something like the discussion they get out of me, and they typically report back to me disappointed in the therapist experience...

In essence, this ex-therapist guy says that EVERYONE should be a therapist, and help their family and friends... it gives a psychological advantage because they actually KNOW the people.
I couldn't agree with him more, we have to arm ourselves with knowledge and skills. We can't depend on constructs of the system to actually help us.
Everything is ass backward in this world.
