8:04 Rex is right... and in my opinion is that part of the equation is sprinkled in for the 'red herring' factor. People like David Icke tell the truth, and then sprinkle in some attention diversion in order to save their lives, basically. It's okay to tell the truth as long as you sprinkle in the bullshit, apparently "they" let you off if you do it right.
