The pyramid with the Monad on top represents All emanating from the One, or the One being composed of many.

E pluribus unum: "out of many, one."

While there may be a correlation between the pyramid and all of those other symbols, to say it directly represents the pineal gland or some other material manifestation misses the philosophical significance of the image.
