They typically get the septum rings for attention diversion. Usually they have cute little upturned "pig snout" noses they're super self-conscious of.
It's always a matter of self-consciousness. Really sad. I think everyone is beautiful when they're young... after all, you're never gonna be better looking than you are when you're 'young' and full of life. But meh... they don't see it.
