It's not a legitimate way to relieve oneself because it's entirely dependent on what type of ground you're on. If it's grass you may be able to get away with it, but if it's anything else, there would be a puddle. Very nasty. That chick was just trying to be risque. I admire that kind of thing for its quirkiness, but it's not at all realistic or effective.
