I think they're all different colors because of all of the interbreeding between the different kinda humans.

But I mean why do they start off blue, then change? Your blood type clearly never changes its tested at birth.
I will get a pic and show you of me at 4 bright blue eyes. My sisters were blue and stayed blue.
My mothers were brown and her hair brown and my Dad blonde with blue.
I think its more genes than blood type, mixing of genes. I think your genes can change over time mutate, which is probably why cancer.
