my friend once remarked, mostly in jest as we all took it, that he wanted to find a diet that made it so that when he wiped, there would be no residue. it was hilarious in the moment, but something about that rung true with me. if you're eating good healthy things for you, your poops should be tidy. if you're eating processed garbage, you're gonna get the mud butt.
as for what an individual requires for tidy bowel movements, i'd recommend looking into diets based on blood type. it's trial and error after that, but it's very possible.
