Orange stuff is government cheese here

Cheese is complex I guess but there is some gourmet Orange/Deep Yellow cheese as well.

I suppose the real deep Orange stuff is the Gov cheese, the lighter Orange more yellow something else.
I know the old english here at subway is the most Yellow you can get the rest is white.
