Me too me too... I love anything piccata style!

I am in love with this organic butter lettuce that I have been buying lately. It's kind of pricey but it's so tender and soft, yet still crisp.

If I could be a type of lettuce, I would definitely be butter lettuce versus some angry looking chard or kale or something bitter like dandelion or arugula
