Sometimes I catch myself having what I would call "pre-schizophrenic" thoughts...

Yeah it was weird, I was observing two voices having an absurdly in-depth, heated conversation about something that wasn’t even real/actually there and was just bizarre/dumb in the first place.

It would be leagues beyond distracting for that kinda thing to be going on all the time.

Your mind and the real you, your mind is just a hard drive that stores information, thoughts will fire.
The real you holds your whole body together, an awesome energy, until it wants not to anymore. Observe your thoughts, don't resist them, just watch them.
Then you seperate YOU from your ORGAN.
