i saw an image of the dead guy's mugshots from getting arrested. there were over a dozen from the past year. he had threatened to kill the mailman the week before. he had to move due to his crazy run ins with previous neighbors. dude was seriously fucked in the head. he had already started trouble with the shirtless guys, the younger one had only recently gotten his shotty. older guy was pretty consistent about saying `back off` and stay away from me. dead guy said give me a gun and a bat i'm going to kill them just before he got shot, and this was after threatening to kill them numerous times. i feel the older guy's shots were justified. not sure about the younger guy, if orange shirt had received a gun [from his brother who was there, as i've read] then i'd say they were too.
