I haven't been wearing panties regularly for about 3 years now...
I try to go without the bra too, but it's hard for me.
I've had a discussion on here before about why I love the bra, but how it's also bad for the health:

Boobies just look so good hoisted up as far as they can go in a bra.
Perhaps in time I can part ways with it, or maybe they'll invent a new, less harmful bra.
