I don't know, I guess it depends how realistic looking these sexbots get, one day they may be indistinguishable from humans in how they look and act. Like on the show Westwood.
And I fear all reproduction in the future will be by artificial means anyway, there will be too much risk of your offspring getting a "disease" the old-fashioned way.
