He shoved her arm, she looks at him in shock, and he IMMEDIATELY pulls a passive-aggressive "politician style" spin on it by saying "Pardon me, ma'am" and then he STUTTERS after that...
BECAUSE his aggressive shoving of her was something he didn't think twice about doing, and then he realized "Oh shit, I have to cover this up" so he tried to play it off as an accident, then he almost got into a line of "over explaining" by his stuttering, but he came out of it quickly.
Acosta is a total asshole.
I'm not trying to say I like Acosta, but that was definitely not a shove. What we should all be doing is not getting distracted by dumb shit like this. Both "sides" of the government are awful, so why bother? Focus on things that actually matter.
