Eileen Wournous (sp?) had the same eyes (frequently showing white above the iris). It’s common for all of us to do that in some instances, but when I meet someone who does it frequently when speaking to me, I don’t like it and will try to avoid those people.
I think this lady is a killer though. Those type of eye expressions can be a result of an excited, exuberant mood as well. She’s attractive, picturesque and I could see her doing a term or two in politics, the charm wears off and she retires from public service and becomes a writer or consultant. I don’t see her getting very far running with the “socialist” tax, honestly it seems to be there for marketing / attention-getting purposes. Everybody kept talking about how strong Bernie’s “socialist democract” platform resonated with the young people. Well, Bernie couldn’t beat Hillary in the Dem primaries and she lost the EC to Trump by a pretty good margin. Outside of some liberal urban hipsters and ultra feminists and your occasial disenfranchised odd-ball white folks on the outskirts of every little town in America there isn’t much love for a “socialist” movement in the good old USA. At least not in 2018. This could change though. ??
