Touchscreens for widespread public use are a terrible idea. It's a disaster.
That's the problem with all this stuff... unforeseen issues with the automated tech will just cause eventual failure of whatever business they're used in.
Furthermore, we've reached a place of technological shark jumping...
It's all gone too far. We'll be taking a halt and turning around to head back the other way soon.
