Sounds like somebody wanted Janis dead and they used the dealer to do it, sacrificing a handful of other lives in the process.

I guess 1970 was a massive loosh harvesting year...

I'm sure there are also international artist that went the same way. I can think of two famous Italians in the 60's or 70's.
