The way you use the Internet influences the brain's default operating mode: either being able to focus on tasks for long periods of time, or being easily distracted and seeking instant gratification.
Now imagine that a slimy sociopath like Zuckerberg knows all of this, and is deliberately subverting it for his own gain.
