The viruses aren't the biological warfare...
It's the vaccines that are the biological warfare.
"They" can't control a virus released on the entire population...
But they can control the vaccine.
That's why "they" won't be getting the vaccine.
This is probably what the vaccine bit at the Golden Globes was about...
It's all conditioning.
There's no threat of ebola or anything else...
The vaccine is the killer.
